bmy12 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bmy12 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the bmy12 platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, account features, betting markets, casino games, and any related services — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and bmy12.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without an account. Certain features and services are only available to registered users who have met the eligibility requirements described below.
bmy12 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to use the bmy12 platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. The bmy12 platform is strictly for adults. Users under 21 are not permitted to register or use any platform features.
- You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by law.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
- You must not be self-excluded or have been previously closed for violating these terms.
bmy12 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds held in the account will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria above. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may register only one account on the bmy12 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bmy12 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
You must notify bmy12 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Contact support at [email protected] with details of the incident. bmy12 may take steps to secure the account pending investigation, which may include temporarily suspending access.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login details with anyone. bmy12 staff will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using the bmy12 platform, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or exploit any game, betting market, or promotional feature.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with normal platform operations.
- You will not engage in money laundering, use stolen payment methods, or conduct any financial activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
- You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform, its software, or its content without written permission from bmy12.
- You will not post, transmit, or distribute any unlawful, abusive, or objectionable content through any feature of the platform.
bmy12 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on bmy12 — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The platform supports local payment channels available to users in the Philippines. Specific payment methods available to your account are displayed in your account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's withdrawal procedures. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods that have been verified in your account. bmy12 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, including identity verification and proof of payment method ownership.
Funds deposited through erroneous transactions or in violation of these terms may be withheld pending investigation. bmy12 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside the platform's control.
All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. bmy12 may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
The bmy12 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bmy12 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bmy12 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform, including losses resulting from errors in judgment or game outcomes.
- Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any of its features.
- Any technical errors, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these terms shall limit bmy12's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
bmy12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if:
- You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your account is found to be associated with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- A regulatory authority requires us to take action in relation to your account.
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by platform policy.
If your account is closed due to a violation, any balance held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies. If you wish to voluntarily close your account, contact support at [email protected]. Voluntary closures will be processed after any pending transactions are resolved.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal purposes in accordance with these terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without written permission.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
- Use any platform content for commercial purposes.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
Any unauthorized use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action. The bmy12 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of bmy12 and may not be used without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Third-Party Links. The bmy12 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. bmy12 does not control these external sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms. bmy12 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes may be communicated via in-platform notifications or email. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the bmy12 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
